Come focus with us. (Not Very Engaging)
Set one intention, then work alongside others in timed Pomodoro blocks, quietly, together. If you don’t have a project, we’ll provide reflection and creativity prompts to guide your attention. This hour is for momentum, clarity, and calm productivity.
Bring: laptop, notebook, or sketchpad.
Leave: lighter, clearer, and more complete.
- Arrival + Declaration (10 min)
- Everyone states one thing they’ll focus on: a task, idea, or thought prompt (if they don’t bring work).
- Host reads the day’s Focus Prompt
- Work Block 1 (15 min)
- Timed Pomodoro. Quiet work or reflection.
- Music optional
- Micro Break (5 min)
- Stretch, hydrate, jot one insight.
- Work Block 2 (15 min)
- Continue or pivot
- Cooldown (10 min)
- Two-minute share: “What moved?” or “What became clear?”
- End with a collective breath or one-word checkout.
