Sometimes our relationships can be unsatisfying and frustrating. It’s not uncommon to feel like we’ve hit a dead-end in our relationships, even with someone we deeply care about. In these guided meditation classes, we will explore the Buddhist approach for building heart-centered relationships and create positive connections with others. As a result, we can feel more confident and secure, and become better able to connect with others.
