šŸ•Æļø The Seekers of Authenticity Yamas & Niyamas Study Group

šŸ“… Thursday, May 14
šŸ•– 7:00 PM EST
šŸ’» Online Gathering

This group is designed as a slow, thoughtful, psychologically informed exploration of mindfulness, relational capacities, contemplative practice, emotional awareness, and authentic human development through the lens of the Yamas, the Eight Limbs of Yoga, neuroscience, and lived experience.

Together we will explore themes such as:

🧠 The contents of the mind
šŸ«‚ Reflection, mutuality, and relational capacities
🌱 Emotional discernment and interoceptive awareness
šŸ”¬ Counterproductive overthinking and Default Mode Network dominance
šŸ•‰ļø The Yamas and the Eight Limbs of Yoga
ā¤ļø Authenticity, attachment, and connection
🌌 Consciousness, identity, and awareness
šŸ“– Practical approaches to reducing unnecessary suffering

This is not about performance spirituality or perfection.

It is about learning to observe more clearly, relate more authentically, think more deeply, and cultivate greater awareness of ourselves, others, and the patterns operating within the mind.

✨ We are also excited to introduce our facilitator, Cassi Kitner, within the next few days and are genuinely looking forward to seeing what unfolds organically within the group over time.

šŸ”“ Please RSVP if you plan to attend.

RSVPs help us maintain an intentional group size that supports reflection, depth, and meaningful dialogue.
