Event Description:
Singapore's security industry is evolving in response to rising manpower costs, changing security
risks and growing expectations for operational efficiency. Advances in artificial intelligence, video
analytics and remote surveillance are creating new opportunities to integrate technology with
traditional security operations.
Through Security Remastered,Sands Global Pte Ltd will share its approach to intelligent security
operations using the SANDS framework: Security, Artificial Intelligence, Networks, Data and
Surveillance. Drawing on its experience in security manpower services and systems integration,
the discussion will explore how technology and human expertise can work together to improve
operational efficiency, situational awareness and security management.
The session will culminate with an introduction to Sands Global's 24/7 Remote Operations Centre
(ROC), demonstrating how the five SANDS elements come together through Command, Control,
and Communication (C3) to support centralised monitoring, incident management and
coordinated security operations.

Speaker’s Profile
CHUA YI DA
Chief Executive Officer, Sands Global Pte Ltd
Yi Da has close to 20 years of experience in the security industry, with a professional background
spanning security operations, systems integration and large-scale security projects across
Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam and Bangladesh.
His experience includes government, defence, commercial and industrial security projects,
covering both operational management and the implementation of security technologies.
As Chief Executive Officer of Sands Global, Yi Da works closely with the Leadership Team in
guiding the company's strategic direction and long-term growth. His role includes executive
decision-making, overseeing business operations and supporting regional expansion, alongside
the continued development of integrated security capabilities, including the company's 24/7
Remote Operations Centre (ROC).
His work brings together practical security experience and an understanding of how emerging
technologies can be introduced into existing operations to improve efficiency, coordination and
service delivery.
