House Rehab Review and Can You Flip Houses in The Winter

This group has always had good topics, but one of the things I'd like to add is chance to network and put some groups together. That way its possible to meet more often than once a month. If you have a house that you are working on (buy/sell/rehab), I'd schedule a meeting to take a look at it. On-site visits will always teach you more than any discussions.

I recently finished working on an investor's house that they had purchased and needed lot of work. Investor made a lot of mistakes and I was able to help her. I'll review what these mistakes were and how to not do the same. Some people learn from experience and others learn from other peoples experience (which is usually cheaper). This was also combination of an older house with a newer added on section. Older houses come with lot of unique problems. As with any house I've work on, there were lots of things learned. I had planned on a meeting at this house, but the investor canceled. We will have before and after pictures, as well as some what would you do pictures.
