You can work, read, just sit there with your drink, whatever the evening calls for. There's no agenda and nobody's going to ask you to introduce yourself. Come as you are, stay as long as you want. Sometimes a good table in a quiet corner is all you need.

Bardo stays open late and never feels rushed. Thursday nights here have a good energy. Calm, not quiet in a strange way, just easy. I'll be there from 4:45.

There might be something small to snack on at the table. Bring what you're working on, or just come and see what the evening turns into. It's west side, it's consistent, and it's always the same low-key thing. That's the point.

Stella's has five rooms, a firepit out front, and the kind of vibe that makes it hard to leave before you're ready. I'll be there. Find a spot that feels right. Inside by the shelves, outside by the fire, wherever. Order something, get comfortable. Some people come to work, some come to talk, most end up doing a little of both. You don't have to decide before you walk in. There might be snacks on the table. Either way, it's a good Friday.

We're going record shopping. Nothing structured about it. We meet at the first spot, dig through the bins at our own pace, show each other whatever we find. You don't have to buy anything. You don't have to know anything about vinyl. Half the point is just the hunt. We'll figure out food after, somewhere nearby. Bring cash if you think you might find something you can't leave without.
