About us
A welcoming group for autistic and ADHD adults seeking understanding, connection, and support in everyday life.
Our main events are peer support gatherings held in quiet, sensory-friendly spaces in different parts of the Denver metro area. These rotate by location to make the group more accessible to people across the region.
Peer Support
We have peer support gatherings where people can share honestly and be heard without judgment. These meetings are for talking about real life — burnout, executive dysfunction, relationships, overwhelm, support needs, and whatever else is on your mind. You do not need to have everything figured out. You just need a place where you can show up as yourself.
Body Doubling
We may also schedule occasional body doubling or coworking events when there is interest and capacity. Bring a laptop, book, craft, planner, or any task you want company with. Some people may chat. Some may work quietly. Some may simply appreciate being around others while they focus. All of that is welcome.
If there is a fifth week in the month, we take that week off. We may also plan occasional social gatherings outside the regular schedule.
This group is intended for adults who are autistic, ADHD, or both, but any neurodivergent person looking for peer support is welcome!
