Come together in community for gentle meditative yoga combining slow, breath-connected movements
with mindfulness and stillness, focusing on deep relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system support.
This all-level yoga class will focus on incorporating gentle, mindful yoga poses designed to help unify
mind, body, and spirit. Classes will include guided meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement. Take
time to calm the mind and ease tension with this grounding, nourishing practice.
All levels welcome, class is beginner friendly. Please bring yoga mat, blankets, and props as needed to
ensure your comfort
About Nadia Sperry
Nadia began her yoga journey in 2005 and has been drawn to mindfulness practices and Eastern
spiritual philosophy ever since. She became a committed student of yoga and meditation in 2016 and
received her 200-hour yoga teacher certification in 2020 at Karma Yoga Center in Denver. Throughout
her practice she has practiced Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, breathwork, mantra,
and various meditation practices. She looks forward to sharing the teachings of this beautiful ancient
practice in a gentle, meditative style to soothe the spirit and calm the mind. Namaste!
