Mundane Madness: The Chaos of Repeating Cycles

Hello fellow astrology enthusiasts!

For this month’s Denver Astrology Meetup, we’ll be turning our attention outward, away from the natal chart and toward the skies as they shape history, politics, and collective reality.

This month’s topic is Mundane Astrology & Repeating Planetary Cycles, with a focused examination of the major synodic cycles currently defining our era:
• The Saturn-Neptune conjunction
• Saturn-Pluto Cycle fallout
• Jupiter-Saturn Cycle story
• And how these (and many other) long-wave cycles interact with shorter, but no less powerful, patterns like Mars’s 2yr cycle

Rather than predicting specific events, we’ll explore how these planetary cycles correlate with historical turning points; revolutions, collapses of ideology, technological upheaval, information warfare, and shifts in global power- and what it means to recognize those same patterns repeating today.

Together, we’ll compare past manifestations of these cycles with the current moment, discuss how astrologers historically approached mundane forecasting, and examine what kind of world tends to emerge under similar planetary conditions.

This session will be led by guest speaker Taylor (@valorastrology), with support and facilitation from Rosalie (@AstroRosalie) and Zane (@NevilleAstrology).

Whether you’re interested in political astrology, historical cycles, or understanding how the present moment fits into a much larger cosmic pattern, this meetup will offer critical context for the transits we’re all living through right now.

Please note: There is a sliding scale entry fee of $10–$45 per person, payable by cash, Zelle, PayPal, Apple Pay, Card, or Venmo. We use a sliding scale to help make this event accessible to people of varying economic means. We kindly ask that you contribute the highest amount within that range that you can comfortably afford.

The cafe will be open, so feel free to come early (especially for Bren & Mia’s Tarot workshop) or stay late for additional events! Limited street parking is available, as well as a paid lot across the street.
