“After the Hunt” at Alamo Sloans Lake

Join me to see this new film with Julia Roberts and Andrew Garfield. It’s getting lukewarm reviews and was controversial at the Venice Film Festival, but it’s an interesting topic and could launch a good discussion, or we’ll just dish afterwards!
I will be in the lobby of the Alamo at 6:40 with a Denver Cinema Club sign of some sort, and head to my seat about 6:50 for the 7 pm showing. I would suggest buying your ticket ahead as this is an early screening night. I am in Row 7, seat 9. For those of you who don’t already know, there is free street parking and a small lot near the Alamo, but also a garage which has free validation either on site or in the Alamo lobby. After the film, we will meet in the lobby and walk one block to Stoney’s for snacks/drinks and camaraderie.
