The Book
Project Hail Mary was written by Andy Weir in 2021. His previous book, The Martian, was also best seller. Project Hail Mary is available at most book stores and online retailers. The audio book is available through Audible
The Movie
The movie is currently slated for release on March 20th and stars Ryan Gosling and Sandra Hüller. It probably won't be available to stream prior to this event, so plan on seeing it in the theater.
Plot Synopsis
Ryland Grace wakes up on the spacecraft Hail Mary with amnesia and two dead crewmates. He gradually recalls that he was a middle-school science teacher recruited for a desperate mission to the Tau Ceti star system.
