Welcome to the Denver Metro Area Citizens' Climate Lobby!
We're a local chapter of Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL), a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to empowering individuals to take meaningful action on climate change. Our chapter is just one of more than 500 across the USA and even around the world!
Our group brings together people who believe the time for climate action is now. We focus on creating the political will for a livable world through grassroots efforts like meeting with members of Congress, writing letters, building community support, and spreading awareness about climate change solutions.
Join us for monthly meetings where we combine learning, action, and connection. You'll have the opportunity to:
- Express your opinions to your elected officials
- Learn about effective climate solutions
- Take meaningful steps to advocate for real change
We focus on practical, bipartisan solutions at the national level. If you're ready to make a difference, we're here to support you with training, resources, and a vibrant community of climate advocates.

Monthly Community Gathering and New Member Welcome

We are bipartisan, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. Our monthly community gatherings are a great way to learn about our organization, connect with others who care about the climate, and find out how you can get involved as a volunteer.
Our meetings are typically held on the 3rd Monday of each month at the Natural Grocers on Alameda from 6:30-8:00PM. Specific meeting details including discussion topics and agenda focus areas will be updated here closer to each event date.
While our presence on Meetup helps us reach a wider audience, it is not our primary organizational hub. Visit our website to officially sign up and join our growing community of citizen climate advocates!
