Monthly Community Gathering and New Member Welcome

Our group is the Denver chapter of Citizens' Climate Lobby, a national nonprofit organization focused on building political will to advance climate solutions. We are bipartisan, collaborative, and solutions-oriented. Our monthly community gatherings are a great way to learn about our organization, connect with others who care about the climate, and find out how you can get involved as a volunteer.

This month's meeting will focus on what we can do here in Colorado to take action on climate. We'll get an update on the 2026 Colorado Legislative Session--what passed and what didn't--and listen to Senator Hickenlooper's aides talk about his work in Washington to pass effective and environmentally proactive electrical transmission legislation. We will also talk about an exciting new Denver chapter tabling effort rolling out this summer which will have lots of opportunities for engagement. We especially need graphic designers, product researchers, and tabling volunteers.

Finally, we'll preview the CCL National Conference and Lobby Day coming up in Washington DC on July 26-28. Scholarships are available! Come learn more!
