Deepfakes Unmasked: Understanding and Defending Against AI-Driven Attacks
Deepfake and adversarial AI technologies are advancing rapidly, creating both innovations and security threats in equal measures for organizations across the globe. In this session, we will explore real-world deepfake examples, from harmless entertainment to risks such as fraud, misinformation, and identity spoofing. We will examine the background, the rise in technology, and the current state of our ability to both detect and mitigate deepfakes, AI, and adversarial activities across our organizations. Finally we will touch on strategies to detect and mitigate the risks

The meetup is at the Tabor Center in the conferencing center off of the main level and will be followed by happy hour at the Mellow Mushroom restaurant on the first floor.
