Cloud Security Capture the Flag (CTF)

Join us for a hands-on Cloud Security Capture the Flag challenge!

In this Jeopardy-style CTF, you'll dive into sandbox AWS and Google Cloud environments to uncover misconfigurations, investigate threats, and solve real-world cloud security scenarios using observability and security tools. Whether you're experienced or new to cloud security, this is a great opportunity to explore and build your skills in a risk-free environment. A scoreboard will track progress, and prizes will be awarded to top participants.

All experience levels are welcome. Cloud sandboxes are provided. To participate, bring your own laptop with Google Chrome or Firefox installed. (Make sure you update your laptop before coming if you haven't used it in a while so you're not stuck with a huge update!)

Important information: The event start time is 6pm, but we will all meet in the lobby of the Republic Plaza office building so that Tara can ferry us up in one big group to the 33rd floor by 6:10pm. You will not be able to use the elevator without a key card. If you cannot arrive before 6:10pm, please contact me (Christophe) via Discord, LinkedIn, or on Meetup.com ahead of time and as soon as possible! If you arrive late and only notify me then, I can't promise that you'll be able to get in.
