The Simple interest for Dummies class will cover an alternative to traditional financing that is currently available in the mortgage landscape. The rise in interest rates has made people look at alternatives to get out of the perpetual cycle of compounding interest working against the consumer.

This class will go over Simple interest programs that are helping people pay off their homes in some cases in as little as 8 years without having to change their monthly budget from a 30-year term. These programs are great for Self-employed borrowers, real estate investors and anyone that is looking to pay less interest to the bank.
