This is a starter fondant class, you should have a working knowledge of buttercream to take this course. We will learn how to make MMF (marshmallow fondant), and cover your cake with it. We will discuss tips and tricks, how to color fondant, and a few simple decorations with fondant. This is a great foundation course to grow from!
