Short Film Table Read Challenge

Some of us are into the "Short-Film-Format-For-Festivals" world. For others, writing a short film is a challenge.
Personally, I think of a short film as a story I tell a friend at a cafe table about a crazy person I saw doing a weird thing.

Let's change things up and bring in a five page script for a table read.
Yes, a 5 page script, with a sharp beginning, engrossing middle and surprise end.
