Happy New Year everyone!
Justin and I are excited to kick off a 2017 of creative tech. To help bring in the new year, we've planned something special for you all. In addition to our usual presentations and exhibits, there will also be musical performances by Ian Cooke and Moongold after the meetup. We're also fortunate to have Denver Physic Opera on Broadway host us for the evening. And as always, we have some great talks lined up...
This month's presenters:
Ian Cooke is a musician and artist in Denver who has a unique talent for combining cello, piano, voice and loops into richly textured music. Ian will show us how he uses tech in his music and talk about when he decides to for a more DIY process. http://www.iancookemusic.com
Rachel Trignano is the Manager of Public & Community Relations at Colorado Symphony Orchestra. With her talk "Get Confident, Stupid!", Rachel will help us understand the ins and outs of branding and promotion for yourself and your projects from a professional PR perspective.
INST-INT is an annual interactive arts conference showcasing some of the biggest talents in interactive objects and experiences. Several members of the Denver Creative Tech community will give a round-up of their favorite moments from the conference. http://inst-int.com
We are still looking for exhibits for this months meetup. If you have something interesting you'd like to share with the creative tech community, send us a message.
