H.I.I.T. Workout in the Park

Come workout with us Saturday morning in Hungarian Freedom Park.
All fitness levels are welcome. Our workouts are H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) circuits using your bodyweight only, so no equipment is required. Bring your own water bottle (and a mat, if you wish).
Gather at the white marble fountain in Hungarian Freedom Park. The group will start warming up at 9am. We’ll be done and cooled down before 10am.
Our H.I.I.T. circuits include 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds of rest for a 6-8 different exercises. We repeat the circuit 3 times. Everyone works at their own pace. If any exercise is too challenging (or not challenging enough) the instructor can offer some modifications.
During COVID-19, please maintain a minimum of 6-feet from the other participants. If you cannot maintain 6-feet distance, wear a mask. If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and rest.
