This group is intended to be an social group for people interested in geosciences professionally and personally. Any ages and backgrounds are welcome, but looking for more of the 20s-30s age range with some geoscience involvement in school, work, hobbies etc. Looking to get started with just social events and activities, but I'm hoping to organize geological field trips / hikes once interest quantified. Similarly, semi-professional events could become possible if the interest was there. Let's make the most of being in such a geologically interesting area of the world and have fun while doing it! 🪨 🎸 🤘
