Sewing for the Soul

Participants are welcome to come and/or leave anytime within the four-hour window! No need to stay for the full time.
This monthly sewing group explores the activity of sewing as a somatic tool for those experiencing grief and loss. All ages and sewing experience levels are welcome!
Feel free to bring your own machine, supplies, and sewing project you are working on. We will also have supplies and inspiration for a sewing project each month. There will be several machines to share.
Any donations received are pledged to The LIGHT Movement.
