Limpias - Spiritual Cleansing from the Aztec/Maya Traditions with Nataline Cruz

Details
In Spanish, the word “limpiar”, means “to clean”. In Curanderismo, a Limpia is a ceremonial process in which the Spirit/the energetic field/aura is cleansed through a ritual, using tools such as the egg, herbs, stones and/or smoke. Nataline will be discussing what she calls the “medicine body”, how she perceives it and how it can be cleansed through this ancient modality.
