We host hands-on fermentation workshops and pop-up events around the Denver/Boulder area — from lacto-fermented veggies to kombucha, vinegars, and meads.

Each gathering blends practical skills, food science, and creative play. Whether you’re new to fermentation or already have a bubbling jar on your counter, you’ll learn how to:
