An opportunity to shut down the logical busy brain for a while & allow the Intuitive Body to lead the way!

Begin promptly at 7pm and end promptly at 9pm.

Eye masks will be available for use, but if you have a favorite or a blindfold - bring it. Water bottle and Journal are great tools as well.

A somatic meditative practice where participants move slowly in exploration of intuition & energetic connection.

Participants are invited to quiet the mind and ingnite the intutive body!
