Grammy-nominated songwriter Tift Merritt will be at eTown in Boulder for a Live Taping on August 18 with a very special guest.
Over the past two decades, Tift Merritt has become one of Americana's most respected songwriters. From Bramble Rose to the Grammy-nominated Tambourine, her songs draw from Southern traditions and are known for their honesty and independence.
Her latest album, Sugar, is her first new collection in nearly a decade.
Beyond music, Tift is also an advocate for artists. As a Practitioner-in-Residence at Duke University, she explores creative process and cultural memory while continuing to champion musicians' rights.
