Lunar New Year’s Celebration @ Far East Center

Let’s celebrate the Lunar New year @ the annual Far East Center event. There are performances throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday in case you can't go with the group.

For those who would like to meet up with the group, plan on meeting outside the Saigon Bowl Restaurant by the Lion statue around 11:55am so we can see the Dragon Dance at noon.

We can always try to find each other if anyone comes later as well. There are plenty of restaurants, bakeries and stands at this event to buy food and other celebration items, if you are interested.

Parking is a bit difficult, so anticipate parking on the streets or smaller lots up to several blocks away. I wouldn’t recommend trying to go into the main parking lot. Most years it is blocked off. Last year I was able to find parking on the streets to the west of the event.
