Physical and emotional pain are normal and inevitable parts of life. Whether your grieving the loss of a loved one, living with a chronic illness, or simply sore after a tough workout, you can use breathwork and visualization to ease the discomfort.

  • In tonight’s practice we’ll start with a meditative session to relax and oxygenate the entire body. This alone will promote healing.
  • Breathwork also quiets the mind and shuts down those sneaky judgements and disempowering stories that may be adding to your discomfort.
  • And finally, I’ll show you some ways to use visualization to directly reduce pain and discomfort.

IMPORTANT: If you have any significant health conditions (recent surgery, acute injury, pregnancy, osteoporosis, chronic heart and lung issues, aneurysm, psychosis, dissociative disorder), you’ll want to keep the breathwork part gentle. However, there will still be plenty of tools you can use, so definitely join us!
