Welcome to Denver Breathwork Collective! Breathwork meditation can help us to relax, release emotions, and access our deepest truth. We'll use breath patterns, music, movement, and sound to achieve a deep meditative state and heal our minds and bodies.
Benefits of breathwork include:

* Helps to gently heal trauma and ease anxiety
TYPES OF SESSIONS
We currently offer online breathwork sessions that are appropriate for all skill levels.
Integrative sessions are shorter (<30 minutes) and allow us to relax and energize while keeping our thinking mind online. This is a great place to start if you're a beginner.
Meditative sessions are longer (usually 60 minutes) and designed for deeper self-healing and transformation. It's more common to experience strong emotions and physical sensations during this type of session.
IS BREATHWORK SAFE?
Consult a healthcare professional before practicing breathwork if you have a significant health condition, including:
* Cardiovascular problems
* High blood pressure
* History of aneurysms
* Taking strong or multiple medications
* Significant psychiatric symptoms (psychosis, paranoia)
* Bipolar depression
* Recent surgery
* Active addiction
* You're experiencing a mental illness and are not in treatment and/or don't have adequate support
* You're experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis
