Let's celebrate the darkest night of the year with a little darkness breathwork! I invite you to breathe this one in the dark or with a small light (candle, etc.) We'll meditate on the importance of embracing the "winter" seasons of our lives.

Breathwork is safe for most people. However, consult a healthcare professional before practicing breathwork if you have a significant health condition, including:

  • Heart or lung issues
  • History of aneurysms
  • Significant psychiatric symptoms (psychosis, dissociation)
  • Osteoporosis

  • Glaucoma
