Attention Denver metro folks! Let's breathe in person so we can actually meet and create community.

Disclaimer:
This event takes place in an urban park, so bring your adventurous spirit and love of exactly what it! Be ready for unruly kids, off-leash dogs, frisbees, and other distractions.

Plan:
One hour of meditative breathwork, open air, at Ketring Park in Littleton.

Meeting Place:
In front of the Littleton Museum

Parking:
Library Lane (across S Gallup St. from the Littleton Museum) has free parking until 10 PM. There's also plenty of street parking in the area. NOTE: It's unclear whether you're allowed to park at the Littleton Museum after hours (although people do).

Bring:
Mat, blanket, extra clothing layers, water bottle, eye mask, flashlight. We will take a short walk (<5 min.) to our breathing spot, so make sure everything is easy to carry.

Apres:
For folks who want to hang out after, we'll meet at Littleton Brewing Co., a neighborhood place with reasonable food and drink.

Attendance:
I'm pretty lax about this with online events. But for live events, I do track no-shows. Please only sign up if you're actually coming.

QUICK SAFETY CHECK
Breathwork is safe for most people. However, consult a healthcare professional before practicing breathwork if you have a significant health condition, including:

* Heart or lung issues
* History of aneurysms
* Uncontrolled/unstable high blood pressure
* Significant psychiatric symptoms (psychosis, dissociation)
* Osteoporosis
* Recent surgery
* Glaucoma
* Pregnancy

ABOUT ME
Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m a hypnotic breathworker and nervous system regulation coach based in Denver. Hypnosis really is about learning to hear yourself better. In my breathwork sessions, we’re going to tell your brain who you’re going to be now — safe, enough, worthy, confident, capable, supported — and your brain is actually going to listen. And then tomorrow, or later this week, you will be out in the world, and you’ll notice yourself being DIFFERENT. It’s the coolest thing ever.

Also, my breathwork mentor was a DJ, so I love using music to take you on a journey. I’d describe my playlists as cinematic, tribal, and space rock-influenced with a touch of EMF. (My Spotify says I have the musical tastes of a vampire, which makes me laugh.)

Can’t wait to breathe with you and make magic in the universe with you!
