Mindful Parenting offers an introduction to mindfulness practices that can help you reduce stress and connect with your children by promoting joy, love, awareness and compassion. Current research in neuroscience supports our exploration of how mindfulness can improve life for yourself and for your family.

This group was founded by Dr Andrea Brill of [HappyMindfulFamilies.com](http://www.happymindfulfamilies.com/) and is now managed by Tony Shawcross of the Radical Parenting Podcast: radicalhonesty.com/radicalparentingpodcast

If you'd like to help manage this group, please let us know. For now, we will focus on discussing books, programs, publications, research, and ideas aimed at helping parents stay clear-minded and poised to parent in a way that empowers parents and children alike to know themselves, love themselves, and express themselves fully.
