Welcome to the Mind Garden! Ready to grow your most successful and positive self?

First of all, what is Mindgardening? Mind gardening is the practice of applying concepts from real-life gardening to our self-improvement journeys, fostering a gentler, more empathetic approach to healing ourselves as we would be gentle and nurturing toward our gardens when growing fruits, veggies, or flowers. When pairing Mind gardening discussions and mild structure in the group, and the therapeutic nature of gardening, it creates a safe place of unity where we can brainstorm and work together to address current challenges in our lives and come up with action plans to nurture and grow ourselves.

We meet the 2nd and 4th Saturday at 11 am every month. and to start off we'll be doing virtual discussions, but soon we'll be expanding to In-person and holding meetings in a chill cafe environment on the 2nd Saturday and we'll be engaging in live urban gardening on the 4th Saturday of every month in our group!
