Monsoon season has been lasing forever again this year, but the weather is looking good for Saturday. If the weather goes south, we have a rain date the following Saturday, Aug 2nd. I'll let you know if it looks like thunderstorms bad enough to scrub the first night, but also know that we are pretty good at improving the weather with our intention.

We have been getting some very interesting photos at recent events, so bring your cameras. We did have some higher dimensional visitors visible to some in the group last Saturday.

We are using a new site we this year. It is private property and relatively close in, with a good view of the sky. We are also close to the owner’s house if the skies open up, but the forecast is for just partly cloudy skies and no rain, so that shouldn't be an issue. If any of you have leads on other good sites, please let me know, all the mountain parks close at sunset and fine you if you are there after dark.

There are several good reasons to join us this Saturday evening.

1. A chance to hopefully meet the neighbors.

2. Enjoy the mountain scenery and cooler temperatures.
3. Camaraderie and meditation under the stars, always a good time. Commune with other Higher Consciousness people.

Parking along either side of Lookout Mtn Road adjacent to their house which is right on the SE corner of Lookout Mountain Rd and Paradise Rd. Walk East along Paradise Rd about 100 feet to their driveway, then left into the open field. The field is Native Terrain, so by showing up you agree to enter at your own risk and watch for rocks and obstacles. You will have some time to check it out before sunset, but bring a flashlight to assist in leaving the site after dark. The host has some chairs, but bring a comfortable camp chair if you have one, preferably one that reclines so you can look straight up easily.

WEATHER: Forecast is for partly cloudy during the evening but we can often do something about that. Check it at [www.Weather.com](http://www.weather.com/) or probably more locally accurate [wwwa.Accuweather.com](http://www.accuweather.com/) or my favorite the Weather Underground, the Golden station Golden, CO Weather Conditions | Weather Underground is probably the closest as we get closer to the day. Remember that we are often very good at manifesting good weather for our outings in spite of the forecast. It will be cooler than last weekend, dropping into the mid 50's later in the evening, so come prepared.

SATELLITES:Check www.Heavens-Above.com and put in the coordinates from below.

There will be no visible passes of the International Space Station Saturday evening. We did see it go over last Saturday.

The moon is Waning Cresent and doesn't rise until 12:41 AM. so it should be a nice dark sky for us.

Mercury and Mars will be setting around Sunset, and no other planets will be visible except Saturn which rises at 11:23, late in the evening.

heavens-above.com is a fantastic resource for satellites and astronomy. I will have the full print-out for the night, so we will know about the brighter acknowledged satellites. I also have some astronomy toys to play with, so no matter what it should be a good evening.

As a reminder, this is a WORKING GROUP, doing spiritual and diplomatic work. It is not a passive sky watch or a party, though we do have fun and good astronomy. If you are not prepared to attempt contact and can't handle the fairly frequent high strangeness events we experience, this might not be for you. Leave politics and conspiracy home for the evening, we need to raise ourselves up to Oneness and Unconditional Love, and those worldly affairs drag people down. Spend a night free from that. Come prepared to meditate, commune with your higher inner self, and raise your vibrations to a level where we can meet our cosmic neighbors half way. Don't expect a big air show or a physical landing. That is not likely (though not impossible), but we do get some very interesting validation and anomalous aerial phenonomon. We often sense presences around us. We have been getting some amazing photos of energy form beings on recent outings, so consciousness and higher dimensional contact seems to be the way it is working most often now.

We will be outdoors, have plenty of room to be widely spaced.

New people, some basic guidelines.
NO Drugs or Alcohol - PERIOD!
No one under the influence. You will be sent home!
No weapons of any kind (Including Mace) on site. If you have a small mace container on your key chain, please leave that in the car.
Dress Comfortably with layers! Even in the Summer! Forecast is to start in the mid 60's and cool off into the mid 50' so be prepared to stay warm.
Bring layers, so you can stay warm as it cools off. Ski warm-ups work well on colder days, and you can also bring a blanket or sleeping bag to curl up in.
A comfortable camp chair. Something that you can sit in and look up at the sky without hitting your head on the back. The host has some straight back patio chairs if you want, or bring your own that reclines for a better view of the sky.
A small penlight if you really need one to get around in the dark. Most of us find we don’t need no stinking lights.(at this site with rougher terrain, a flashlight will help to walk safely out of the site after dark.

Preferably no strong odors or perfumes. Ideal is to use scent free soaps on you and your clothes.
Bring a small audio recorder if you have one for field notes in the dark. It is amazing how quickly you forget details after an event.
Bring Binoculars, cameras and cam-corders. Turn off the flash or strobe please so you don't blind anyone. A high speed film is recommended for film cameras. If someone is really interested and into photography, you might try some infrared film or FLIR Camera. The new digital cameras are also picking up things that are not visible to the naked eye, having a slightly wider spectrum that they are sensitive to. Infrared camera attachments have seen some very interesting things on recent outings.
A tripod is nice if we have a longer term sighting, but most are so transitory that it is hard to get a camera on them before they are gone.
My Book, Evolution Through Contact - Becoming a Cosmic Citizen, really lays the groundwork for this endeavor.

Optional, you can read Dr. Greer's first book "ET Contact, The Evidence and Implications" before hand, at least the implications part. The evidence parts are not as important, but knowing what to expect and how to behave is important. There is also a listing of Observed Nighttime Phenomena that is very helpful. I have some copies of the book at bulk price, or you can order from www.cseti.org or www.disclosureproject.org. This is the quickest and most thorough way I know to get everyone educated and on the same page rapidly. You can also read many of the position papers on the www.cseti.org web site if you don’t have the book.

This site is close in, just starting up I-70 and then to the north a bit, so it is not a real long drive home for most Denver people.

We are amping up the seriousness level a lot each year, and I want you all to be comfortable with whatever might happen. If you are still wrapped up in the Fear Paradigm, YOU need to do some serious introspection.
