Two Birds Fit is teaming up with Orangetheory Fitness - Academy to get your hearts beating a bit faster together! Let's make new friends (and potentially more?!).

THE WORKOUT:

  • 38 Singles (We do our best to keep the # of Gals/Guys even).
  • 45 minute interval packed OTF class consisting of Strength Training, Rowing and Treadmill.
  • Two Birds Fit will lead icebreakers and bring the matchmaking aspect!
  • OTF - Academy will lead the workout & will provide Heart Rate monitors to use.
  • Post-workout Two Birds will provide light snacks during the meet & greet.
  • New to OTF? Sign up at the event and receive $50 off your first month and $20 off a Heart Rate monitor!

THE MATCHMAKING:

  • Option to match w/ multiple people using our Two Birds Fit proprietary Matchmaking Program. Two Birds will connect you with up to 6 people who match with you!

TWO BIRDS FIT:
Two Birds Fit brings active, single peeps together with Speed Dating Workouts, Singles Mixers and Sporty Events. At the end of our events, everyone has the opportunity to let us know if they “clicked” with anyone. If the match is mutual, our proprietary Two Birds Fit Matchmaking Software will connect them. We make it easy, save you time and enable you to meet multiple people at one fitness focused event. The goal isn't necessarily for you to find your person... but if you do, fantastic! The goal is for you to be surrounded by positivity, fun and a little sweat - while making connections at our events.

ORANGETHEORY FITNESS:
"Orangetheory is based on the five heart rate training zones. Unlike high-intensity interval training (HIIT), you adjust your level of effort during the workout based on what your heart is telling you. The goal is to spend 12 to 20 minutes with your heart rate elevated in the “Orange Zone” to boost your metabolism, burn fat and burn more calories. What to expect: A portion of your workout will consist of: Strength Training, Rowing and the Treadmill.”

Want us to host a Singles Workout at your gym? We are Personal Trainers and Group-Exercise instructors and can lead workouts or facilitate you to represent YOUR brand in collaboration. We'll include our proprietary Matchmaking Program & our specialty: Speed Dating Workouts, if you'd like. As a gym owner, it's a great way to add a pop-up class to retain members & as an active single, its a fun way to meet people at your gym!
