THE WORKOUT:

• 26 Singles: 13 Ladies / 13 Guys (we do our best to keep ratio even).
• We'll pair you up & you'll spend approximately 5 minutes w/ each other doing Yin partner stretches before moving to the next.
• The workout will be a combo of deep stretches focusing on the hips, spine & lower back.
• Two Birds Fit™ Speed Dating Workout - structured format and partner-based exercises will be the program design.
• Our Two Birds Fit team will lead the workout: Certified Yin Yoga Instructor, Sasha Jacobs will be your coach.

SINGLES FIT SUMMER SERIES:
This summer, Two Birds Fit is excited to partner with Union Station to host a series of Singles Workouts followed by a casual Mixer on the plaza every other Saturday. Featuring a variety of workouts led by top trainers from gyms and studios across Denver, it’s the perfect way to sweat, socialize, and celebrate summer in the city! Plus, there's a Matchmaking option to connect with peeps!

Every other Saturday from 10am-12pm throughout the Summer at Union Station.
5/31, 6/14 , 6/28, 7/12, 7/26, 8/9, 8/23. Each event will be sold separately.
