*Final*Saturday Night Ping Pong - DenverPong

Hey everyone,
We’ve got some tough news to share... after nearly 4 years of hosting our Ping Pong Meetup at DenverPong, we’ve been told the gym will be closing on April 30.
Like many of you, Katrina and I really saddened by this news. This space has been such a huge part of our life! So many great matches, new friendships, and unforgettable moments over the years. In fact, in a roundabout way, this meetup is even how Katrina and I met, which makes this place especially meaningful to us.
To celebrate everything we’ve built together, we’ll be hosting one final Meetup at DenverPong on Saturday, 4/25, and this event will be completely free. We’d love to see as many of you there as possible so we can give the place the sendoff it deserves.
While this is the end of DenverPong, it doesn’t have to be the end of our group. I’ll be traveling for a few weekends in May, but when I’m back, we’ll start looking into alternative venues where we could continue meeting. In the meantime, we’d love your input:

• Do you know of any good spots we could use for ping pong?
• Would you be interested in mixing things up with other activities like board games, escape rooms, or something else?
• Would anyone be interested in helping organize or even hosting events?

We’re happy to make additional organizers for anyone who wants to step up.
As a side note, the owner of the tables at DenverPong is currently trying to sell them. If you’re interested in purchasing one, let us know and we can connect you. Just a heads up that this may mean we have fewer tables available at the final event if some are sold beforehand.
Thank you all for being part of this community and for making it what it is. It’s been an incredible run at DenverPong, and we’re hopeful we can keep this group going in whatever form comes next.
