Join us for free, flavor-packed plant-based cooking classes!

Join us for plant based cooking classes designed to make cooking feel simple, nourishing, and doable in real life.
This meetup is for anyone interested in learning how to cook plant based meals from scratch in a way that feels supportive and realistic. Whether you are new to plant based eating, curious about cooking more vegetables, or looking to build better routines in the kitchen, you are welcome here.
Classes are led by Chef Vasta of Iwacu Flavors and focus on foundational skills, simple ingredients, and repeatable routines that help you feel more confident cooking at home. The emphasis is on cooking from scratch, building balanced meals, and developing habits that fit into everyday life without restriction.
Starting in January, we will meet weekly on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5 PM MST via Zoom. Some sessions are offered as free community classes, while others are part of guided paid series. Stay tuned in the group for updates on upcoming sessions and registration details.
This meetup is about learning together, building confidence, and creating nourishing food that feels good to cook and good to eat.
