What we’re about
We gather every month to educate our members on how to build long-term wealth, which starts with no longer paying rent. The class is approximately 1.5 hours, and comes with free dinner and drinks. The last 30 minutes of the class are spent networking with our members and building lasting connections.
Our topics include: the basic steps of getting a home loan, the basic steps of purchasing a home, the Denver real estate market, a rent vs buy analysis, etc.
People who are interested in bettering themselves and making smart financial decisions should join. Our intent is to educate as many people as possible on how to take the first major step towards retirement. This class is followed by several others in a series, that all members are encouraged to attend. Building a long-term real estate investment portfolio starts with owning ONE.
