SUMMER HOURS - 8AM SUMMER HOURS - 8AM With temperatures rising, we will be running an hour earlier in July, August & September.
Please join us Sat morning for a run at Central Park in Stapleton followed by brunch at Etai’s. We will meet in the parking lot on the SE side of the park (Beeler & MlK Blvd). Options include doing loops around the park or you can head South on the Greenway which leads to the dog park by 20th Ave or head North on the Greenway which leads to Sand Creek Trail & back and for those of you who are really fast or want to get extra miles in & start early, you can continue running Sand Creek Trail to the entrance of Bluff Lake & run around that as well (approximately 6-7 miles). Everyone runs at their own pace & we will meet back at the parking lot at 9am & go to Etai’s! - 7357 E 29th Ave Denver (just E of 29th & Quebec). This is casual eatery order at counter & pay & they will give you # & bring food to you.

SUMMER HOURS 8AM - SUMMER HOURS - 8AM With temperatures rising, it’s time for running earlier - we will be doing earlier time during July, August & September! Please join us Saturday for a run along Highline Canal starting at 3 Pond Park! This section is all dirt / crushed stone as opposed to the concrete we generally run on. Everyone runs at their own pace for an hour. This is an out & back route so distance is up to you but please be back by 9am when we will go to brunch at a fave for many - Big Apple Bodega - 2231 S Broadway Denver 80210 (between Evans & Iliff on S Broadway on the West side of the street).Parking is limited at the trailhead but there is additional parking on the West side of Mansfield. Also because this is part of the Highline Canal for those of you looking for extra miles, it's a great route to use.
