Scala-Coursera Open Discussion

In the "un-conference" spirit ( let's call it "un-meetup"?), those interested in chatting, seeking clarification, or solidifying the material in Odersky's Coursera course by talking about the material can mix it up weekly here.

Enrollment in the course is not a requirement. Those who have completed the course previously are encouraged to participate.

It is Ok to be late.

Food and drink is available at your leisure from the establishment.

For week one, we'll assemble at the Celtic Tavern in Lodo. The location can be addressed as needed depending on attendance number.

This event will repeat for 6 weeks.

Agenda:

6:30pm - Meet and mingle and food and beverages.

7:00pm - Discuss the material introduced for the week of the course as well as related scala subjects.

8:30pm - Official stop.
