What to expect:

  • A clear, consent-based container where everything is optional
  • Short, guided partner practices with rotation to different partners throughout the session
  • Light, fully clothed touch (hands, arms, shoulders, back)
  • Simple exercises focused on presence, communication, and awareness
  • Music and free movement to integrate the experience
