Decode Your Relationship Patterns is an interactive workshop for singles who want to understand what may be happening beneath the surface of their relationships - and learn how to create meaningful connection without losing themselves in the process.
Together, we'll explore how learned patterns, expectations, beliefs, and automatic responses can influence who you choose, what you tolerate, what you expect, and what happens when connection comes under pressure.
During this workshop, you'll learn how to:
• Recognize your patterns. See relationship patterns you may not realize are running.
• Understand what happens under pressure. Notice what changes in you when connection feels uncertain or challenged.
• Stay connected to yourself. Create connection with another person without abandoning yourself in the process.
• Change what repeats. Learn how to interrupt old patterns rather than simply replaying them.
• Understand what you need. Develop greater awareness of your relationship needs and tendencies.
