This group is for small landlords (50 units or less) in the Denver area who want to connect, learn, and share experiences and resources with other like-minded individuals.
Whether you are a seasoned landlord or just starting out, this group is for you.
We will discuss topics such as managing properties, financial and legal issues, and how to be the ultimate landlord in an increasingly challenging environment.
As the Denver landscape has changed drastically with regards to nonstop city regulations, skyrocketing insurance rates, increasing utility costs and the emergence of a huge amount of rental inventory, it’s becoming increasingly important to find and work with allies in the industry.
Join us to network, exchange tips and tricks, and grow your business in a supportive and informational community.
This group is focused on long-term rentals, ie. 12-month + leases.
Property managers are also welcome.
What this group is not about:
Buying or selling real estate
Fix and flips
Short-term rentals (Airbnb, etc).
