Do you struggle with social anxiety, self-doubt, or find it hard to truly be yourself around others? Does this hold you back from forming the connections you want or reaching your full potential? If so, this group might be for you.

This is not a support group. It’s not for the faint of heart, but for those ready to push their limits, face their fears head-on, and overcome the anxiety and self-doubt standing in the way of the life they want.

Expect active exercises designed to help you confront social fears in a supportive, encouraging environment. We’ll engage in activities focused on facing and embracing discomfort—whether it’s talking to strangers, practicing purposeful embarrassment, or testing boundaries that normally hold us back.

Our goal for this session is to take small steps outside our comfort zones and redefine our limits together. Through these exercises, you’ll build resilience, learn to stay grounded in anxiety-provoking situations, and develop confidence that translates to every area of life.

Come prepared to challenge yourself, have some fun, and meet others on the same journey to greater social freedom!
