Plan on meeting up with the group for packet pickup and intros. Do NOT RSVP, if you do not plan to come see the group before and afterwards, as this is a meetup to experience a fun event together.

Whether you’re a seasoned runner or a casual walker, all levels are welcome to join us for a good time.

Event Day Schedule
9:00AM: Gates Open and Packet Pick up begins.
10:00AM: 5K Run/Walk starts! 90 minutes to complete
12:00PM: 1K Tasting Walk begins
2:00PM: Wicked Wine Run event ends

Arrange carpools in the event to save and split the parking fee:
Heads up! Parking at this venue will cost $20.

They’ve got music, games, food, and, of course, wine for purchase throughout the event, so feel free to kick back and enjoy! Most folks bring foldable chairs or blankets to chill on before and after the race.

For the 5k runners, you’ll line up in the start chute according to your pace, with waves starting every 2-3 minutes. Along the course, there will be two water stations to keep you hydrated, and at the finish line, you’ll hit another water station. But let’s be real, this is also where you will be handed finish line wine!

Rah, rah, rah! Cheers to Kevin for putting this cool idea together.

Let’s meet at Chatfield Res for evening paddles, kayaking, and to camp.

We’ll have a campsite that allows for up to 6 campers from 8/21-8/23. The campsite has a fire pit. It will be available beginning at 1 pm on Friday-12 pm on Sunday.

We set this up for evening paddles. We’ll plan to socialize around the fire pit before and after paddling, so bring food/drink to share.

Feel free to join for either the paddling, kayaking only, camping only, or both getting on the water and camping. I’ll create a waitlist. Make sure to let me know if you want to camp and how many nights, in order to be moved off the waitlist. People who don’t want to join for camping, can just show up.

We can paddle and kayak at night, as long as we we have to have a white light - I’m thinking, maybe a headlamp or a flashlight , a lifejacket, and something to make noise like a whistle.

You can either walk down from the overflow parking by the campsite or drive back around to those two parking lots near Gravel Pond.

Campers will have to park their cars in the overflow campsite parking.

It’ll be nice to know who’s planning to show up only for paddling/kayaking, so we can keep an eye out, so feel free to RSVP. Only campers will be moved off the waitlist.
