The history of the wax seal and how to use them today!

Wax seals have a fun history. In more recent times, we have seen our own examples of wax seals use. We will explore historic and modern ways to make wax seals right here at Idea Chic!

What better venue than a small and intimate stationery store with a working 1930's letterpress. We hope our creative space can be an inspiration to start a new tradition!

What to expect at our monthly Meetups:

• Typewriter station to type your nametag.
• Letter writing inspiration. Who to write. What to write.
• We will provide pens, markers, stamps, washi tape, etc. for your use.
• Water and light snacks provided.
• You may bring your own stationery and accessories. Our greeting cards, stationery, writing paper and pens will be 20% off for guests.
