Members practice the original gentle standing exercises of Tai Chi Gung passed down from a Tibetan Lamasery founded by Lao Tzu more than 3000 years ago. These simple movements with pranayama breathing promote inner strenthg, balance, vitality and peace of mind. They open the door to a conscious relationship with Mother Nature; and help people discover the regenerative power of being connected to earth, water, fire, air and the Source of all Life.
