We do the simple standing exercises introduced by Lao Tzu more than 3000 years ago when he opened a school of Tai Chi Gung in Tibet.

They build a conscious bridge between a human being and the life force that flows through Nature. This brings peace of mind, balance, strength and profound awareness of one's spiritual light.

Master David Paul has been sharing these exercises for more than 27 years. He has been practicing them daily for more than 36 years.

They're very gentle. You can wear street clothes.

Tai Chi Gung is based on 4 ancient yoga disciplines. Pranayama, Hatha, Kundalini and Japa Yoga. Lao Tzu was a master of all 4.

Beginners are always welcome.
