Join us for a full moon sound bath session that combines crystal singing bowls and toning to create a meditative and transformative experience. Let go of what no longer serves you during the full moon. Bring a yoga mat, cushions, pillows, blankets, and water. We will start with 5 minutes of toning, then lie back for approximately 50 minutes and let the vibration from the crystal bowls surround and indwell you. Come unwind, recharge, and elevate your vibration with us!
